MIS Subcommittee (reports to Funders Group Committee)
Purpose of the Subcommittee
Review information services operating systems in order to determine best program/package for use by Cuyahoga Tapestry System of Care.
Meeting Location
Meetings are held at the System of Care office located within the Cuyahoga County Community Mental Health Board at 1400 West 25th Street (corner of West 25th and Detroit Avenue) in Cleveland. Free parking is available in the lot on the northwest corner of Detroit at West 25th Street. (Online Map)
