Evaluation Committee

Purpose of the Committee
Will work with the research team from Kent State Center Institute for the Study and Prevention of Violence to ensure that system of care meet all of the SAMHSA evaluation requirements and provides the data that allows the services provided to be continually measured and improved.

Meeting Location
Meetings are held at the System of Care office located within the Cuyahoga County Community Mental Health Board at 1400 West 25th Street (corner of West 25th and Detroit Avenue) in Cleveland. Free parking is available in the lot on the northwest corner of Detroit at West 25th Street. (Online Map)

Meeting Time
Meets fourth Wednesday of each month, 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
