This versatile flier gives a quick overview of the Cuyahoga Tapestry System of Care, plus information about how it is different from traditional social services programs, and how we know it works.
Provider Services Network brochure
What you need to know to weave your services into a community-wide network of care. This brochure introduces new partners to the Provider Services Network and helps returning partners understand how the Provider Services Network functions.
Parent Support Group brochure
A friendly recruitment tool to get families involved in support groups. It includes a schedule of support groups with contact names and phone numbers. Also available is the recruitment brochure’s companion document, the Care Coordination Partnership Support Group Protocols Sheet, which explains to providers how to get families involved and what steps to take.

This flier is meant for parents or caregivers who think that their child is struggling with substance abuse or dependence, and offers information about the SCY Project.

2-month Snapshot of the Work of a Parent Advocate poster
First presented at the 2007 National Federation of Families for Children’s Mental Health conference, this poster details data representing the activities of one Parent Advocate over a two-month period. The information is based on a data collection tool called the Parent Advocate Activity Form, which tracks how Parent Advocates interact with families and to improve their services.

Also presented at the 2007 National Federation of Families for Children’s Mental Health conference, this poster represents a collaboration between Macro International Inc. and the Cuyahoga Tapestry System of Care.

A thorough look at what the Cuyahoga Tapestry System of Care is, who is involved, how it evolved, and how we know it works. This is the most comprehensive presentation we have developed, and includes not only our history and what differentiates the system of care, but also information about goals and outcome measures that has been a part of federal SAMHSA site visits.

City Club Presentation by Dr. Gary Blau
Dr. Gary Blau is the Chief of the Child and Adolescent and Family Branch of the Center for Mental Health Services of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). He provides national leadership for children's mental health and for creating "systems of care" across the country. He spoke to the City Club on October 12, 2007, about the federal activities to transform the children's mental health system across America and the system of care program and its successes, including the Cuyahoga Tapestry System of Care.
