City Club Presentation by Dr. Gary Blau
The video of Dr. Gary Blau's speech to the City Club of Cleveland is available for free download. Dr. Blau is the Chief of the Child and Adolescent and Family Branch of the Center for Mental Health Services of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). He provides national leadership for children's mental health and for creating "systems of care" across the country. He spoke to the City Club on October 12, 2007, about the federal activities to transform the children's mental health system across America and the system of care program and its successes, including the Cuyahoga Tapestry System of Care.
