Mandi is an Administrative Assistant and has been with Tapestry since 2006. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Balwin-Wallace College where she majored in Broadcasting with minors in Criminal Justice and Theatre. Mandi provides administrative support and assistance to the CTSOC Director and Staff. She manages all payments and processing of vouchers for PSN vendors, contract vendors, and formats all contracts and mandated forms to be submitted for requested board actions.

Holly joined the Tapestry team in August of 2010 after working for the County's Health Access Initiative as a Program Manager. She has significant direct practice experience working with children, families and communities, as well as expertise in the area of program development, training, group facilitation and system change. Holly is a Licensed Social Worker and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
Jacqueline Fletcher, Care Network Manager

Jacqui has been with Tapestry since 2007 and she is the Care Network Manager. She is a licensed independent social worker with a B.S.W. from Youngstown State University and a M.S.W. from the University of Akron. Prior to joining the Tapestry team, Jacqui served in a variety of direct service and administrative roles, including providing leadership in a treatment foster care/wraparound program in sunny California. Jacqui is committed to improving the lives of children and families in Cuyahoga County.

Jeannet is a graduate of The Ohio State University. She has been employed with Cuyahoga County for nearly 11 years working in the fiscal area. Most recently, Jeannet worked for the County’s Office of Budget Management where she was responsible for providing fiscal oversight to several human services agencies including Tapestry.
Jose Delgado, Social Program Administrator IV

Jose was previously the Superintendent of The Youth Development Center with over 24 years in County Government the last 10 in Management. He directed overall operations of a 9 million dollar budget. He currently holds the position of a Social Program Administrator 4.
Karen Stormann, Operations Manager

Karen has been an employee of Cuyahoga County since 1997, She recently served as a Project Manager for a Federal discretionary grant focusing on adolescent substance treatment for juvenile offenders ( CSAT/SCY). She has previously provided direct care and clinical services in the juvenile justice, child welfare and adolescent substance use fields. As a Project Manager, Karen was provided the opportunity to play an integral role in the development of Cuyahoga County’s System of Care initiative. She is currently serving as the Operations manager for Cuyahoga County Tapestry System of Care and is a member of several County planning committees. She is certified in GAIN administration & training and a licensed social worker in the state of Ohio.

Rick is responsible for support, operation, and customization of online case management system (Synthesis), which includes modules for Crisis Plans, Plans of Care, Progress Notes, Service Authorizations, and Invoicing.
Yulanda Wiley, Enrollment Specialist

Yulanda’s main responsibility is enrolling youth that have been determined elegible for the tapestry program. She attends meetings at the Department of Children and Family Services and The Juvenile Court to determine if the youth are eligible for the program.
