St. Martin de Porres Family Center

St. Martin de Porres Family Center is a social service agency which is a site of Catholic Charities Services Corporation. We provide an array of services for early childhood, older adults, after-school programming, food pantry, home-delivered meals, and emergency assistance. St. Martin de Porres is located in the heart of the Glenville community and takes pride in meeting the needs of the residence we serve through service coordination and empowering them to be self sufficient.

What is our role in Cuyahoga Tapestry System of Care?
St. Martin de Porres is a lead agency for the Cuyahoga Tapestry System of Care contract and we provide office space for the Care Managers along with meeting space for family team meetings, support groups and other functions. We also work collaboratively with other agencies within our cluster structure to carry out the deliverables of the Tapestry contract.
