We exist to enhance the lives of children with significant behavioral needs, who are involved in multiple systems, through family-focused, child-centered, strength-based, and culturally competent care in the community.

Center for Families and Children
The Center for Families and Children serves more than 25,000 individuals, families and children at 14 individual sites. Professional staff in child care and early childhood education, counseling and mental health, youth services and the Fathers and Families Together Program, work with people faced with family conflict, personal crisis and severe mental illness. The Ease@Work division provides an array of work-family benefits programs to area businesses and corporations.
What is our role in Cuyahoga Tapestry System of Care?
Our family-to-family program serves at-risk children and families in the Cleveland Heights/University Heights neighborhoods as an alternative to out-of-home placement. CFC’s referrals must come from CCDCFS at this time.
