Achievement Centers for Children
Founded in 1940, Achievement Centers for Children has earned a reputation for excellence in helping children and young adults with a wide range of disabilities lead productive lives through customized therapies, education and childcare programs, camping and recreation opportunities, nationally recognized autism programs and family support services. A private, nonprofit agency with three locations in Northeast Ohio, we serve over 3,000 children and their families each year. Our commitment to reaching a child at the earliest possible stage of a disability has earned wide recognition of our agency and staff members as early intervention experts. Although we provide services from birth through young-adult ages, we have a special niche in our community for serving children from birth through age 5.
What is our role in Cuyahoga Tapestry System of Care?
Our agency provides education and childcare, rehabilitation programs and services, recreation and family support for children with a wide range of physical and developmental disabilities, as well as nationally recognized programs for autism and other related communication disorders. We serve families from all income levels.
